Custom Order Terms
- Personalized and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Production begins after payment and, when applicable, artwork or layout approval.
- Customer-supplied spelling, names, dates, logos, and artwork must be reviewed carefully before approval.
- Colors and engraving results can vary slightly by screen, product material, coating, and natural grain.
- Standard production time is 7–14 business days unless a different turnaround is shown in the listing or quote.
- Changes requested after approval or production begins may require an additional charge.
